Plastic Plate, LLC, a division of Lacks Enterprises, Inc, has an opening for an experience Maintenance Manager. Lacks Enterprises, is a local decorative automotive manufacturer that has been in business for over fifty years. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, willing to coach and teach others, and a team player.If you are experienced with:
leading maintenance projects
trouble shooting electrical and mechanical equipment
PLC, controls, and computer skills
purchasing from vendors
working with a preventative maintenance program
coaching maintenance personnel and helping them obtain their journeyman's card
communicating both verbally and in writing to members of the management team
As a Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for:
coaching and developing the maintenance team
daily and weekly time keeping for maintenance team
reporting out metrics in daily team meeting
troubleshooting equipment problems
working hands-on with equipment
working around chemicals and working on chemical tanks and wastewater treatment systems
ordering equipment
working with suppliers and vendors
obtaining quotes for plant projects
building maintenance
safety of your maintenance team, the building, and the manufacturing team

If you have at least 3 years of maintenance manager experience for a manufacturing company, able work well in a team environment, and want to continue to learn, consider joining our team.
