- Leadership: You lead and support our nursing and behavioral health tech team, setting the tone for excellence. Your guidance ensures that patients receive compassionate care throughout their recovery journey.
- Strategic Scheduling: You coordinate weekly schedules based on facility needs and staffing assessments. Flexibility is key—you're ready to step in during emergent situations, ensuring seamless care delivery.
- Staff Development: You foster growth by providing training, accountability, and mentorship. Your leadership sets the culture, emphasizing professionalism, empathy, and teamwork.
- This role is set up to be nursing leadership administrative support.
- Ability to be flexible and cover floor shifts, to include Nursing and Behavioral Health Technician roles, if need is assessed and warranted by Chief Nursing Officer
- Participate in a nursing leadership on-call schedule rotation with other members of nursing leadership.
- Valid driver's license with no restrictions
- RN license in the state of Colorado
- Previous experience with treatment of substance abuse and/or co-occurring disorders is preferred; preferred experience with a treatment facility in the detox, residential, partial hospitalization ("PHP"), and/or intensive outpatient ("IOP) setting
- Ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of experience in the behavioral health field.
- Ideal candidate has an interest in nursing leadership and the desire for professional growth and development.
