- Tuesday and Friday Mornings will be used for surgery and afternoons for clinic.
- Emergent service is for emergent medical conditions: approximately 10 hours annually.
- After hour phone consults: approximately 80 hours annually.
- Be present on time for any scheduled clinics/surgeries in the clinic or operating room at the
- Typical surgical procedures include, but are not limited to: Sinus Surgery, Head/Neck cancer
- Provide consultative services at the patient's bedside if the patient is not ambulatory and in the
- Follow all established medication policies and procedures.
- Provide discharge education and follow up instructions that are coordinated with the next care
- License to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the
- Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and be currently certified in Basic
- Verifiable evidence of all educational and training experiences including any gaps in educational
- Provide copies of current CMEs.

acquisition is to provide Board certified Otolaryngology physician who can perform
clinical Otolaryngology services, including, but not limited to: Clinic and Surgical Care ,Operative
Services, Intraoperative Follow-up ,Consultative services, Medications and Discharge education.

Schedule: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm: Tuesdays and Fridays for clinics, emergent services, and
