    A product-focused engineer who drives innovation and shapes the future of the recruiting industry. The company seeks a talented Full-Stack Product Engineer to join their team, driving growth and accelerating from $450k to $4.5M in monthly GMV over the next year.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Engage with customers to understand needs and shape the product vision.
    • Design and build features for a top-tier user experience, ensuring seamless interactions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to automate operations and develop tools boosting recruiter productivity.
    • Become an expert in building integrations that embed the solution deeply within customer ecosystems.
    • Tackle growth engineering initiatives including SEO, billing, and user activations.

    Requirements

    • Product-minded engineer with 2+ years of full-stack coding experience.
    • Thrives in fast-paced environments and has a startup mentality.
    • Excellent communication skills and passion for creating products users love.
    • A self-starter and builder always looking for new challenges.

    Nice to Haves

    • Prior experience in talent or recruiting spaces.
    • Experience in growth engineering, specifically around user onboarding and activation.
