    Description
    Role name - Senior Engineer
    Location - Minneapolis, MN
    Contract

    Role Description:
    • Candidate should passionate about using data and analytics to drive business decisions with statistical analysis, decision models and algorithms
    • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, insights that drive business value.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate insights and results to stakeholders.
    • Uses data and business analysis techniques to support completion of requests related to retail contact center or sales related business questions
    • Gathers demand and requirements for dashboard and works cross functionally with other team members (e.g. Product management, Data engineering, Data Science) to drive the delivery of dashboard 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics5+ years of experience in SQL (primarily Terdata, Bigquery/GCP will be a bonus), Excel macros (VBA)"1 year or more of experience in one or more of the following; Data Visualization using power BI, Python for data analysis,
    • Communicating Technical Information across cross-functional teams
    • Experience troubleshooting and resolving data discrepencies Storytelling "Bachelors degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, the physical sciences, computer science, or similar field with quantitative rigor.
    • 2 years or more experience in computer programming, SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel macros (VBA)Experience in contact center and / or sales data in retail domain
