We are a small, fast-paced office located in Sapulpa. We currently staff three office personnel and are hiring for a fourth person to keep our systems running smoothly. We are searching for a skilled financial specialist to join our team to help process, track, and record invoices and payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. Candidate must possess strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize, and communicate clearly, all with a high level of accuracy.

Required skills and qualifications:


Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping

Strong mathematical and time management skills

Experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable

Experience with QuickBooks and online platforms

Responsibilities Include:


Answering a Multi-line Phone System

Enter Service Calls into HVAC Dispatching Software: Service Titan

Enter and code data into QuickBooks Accounting Software with accuracy

Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Assist in Dispatching HVAC Service/Installation Technicians to Assigned Jobs

Assist in Daily Filing: Payables Receipts, Customer Invoices (Digital and Paper Files)

Return After Hours Service Calls 1 Week Per Month

Hours: Monday through Friday 7:45AM 5:00PM with a 1-hour lunch

Must be able to pass background check and drug screening. Our office is a non-smoking office.
