    The Sr.

    Identity Analyst will work with IT staff and business users to design, develop, and maintain identity profiles and user access requirements for departments throughout the organization.

    They will have a solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and work closely with the IAM team to develop and support user account provisioning.

    In addition, they will work with the internal audit team to ensure identity profiles meet SOX and SOD requirements.
    We are seeking a candidate who is open to a hybrid work schedule, ideally based in Minneapolis or Herndon. However, we are also open to considering remote candidates.

    Flexibility is key in our work environment, and our hybrid staff members typically spend two days a week in the office.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Job Responsibilities:
    Design, develop, and maintain identity profiles to support user account provisioning.
    Work with department users to understand their application access needs and to identify sensitive application functionality.
    Develop identity profiles to provide consistent application access for employees with the same job function.
    Work with business analysts and developers to design, develop, and maintain application security roles and permissions lists.
    Collaborate with the HR department to develop job profiles that support automation.
    Work with application business analysts, developers, and users to define, develop, and maintain SOD rules.
    Work with various departments to ensure all SOD controls have been timely performed and supported by documented approvals.

    Work with various departments to assess control effectiveness, identify and mitigate SOD risk, and recommend improvements to enhance compliance and reduce risk.

    Collaborate with department heads process owners to identify potential SOD risks.
    Assist in the development and maintenances of SOD policies and procedures.
    Participate and evaluate any changes to role permission and the impact to SOD rules / testing.

    Provide training and awareness in collaboration with the SOX team to employees and management on SOD principles and best practice.

    Prepare reports on SOD compliance status for management and external auditors.


    Job Skills:
    Working knowledge of identity analysis concepts, tools, and techniques.
    Working knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
    Comfortable working with diverse teams.
    Comfortable working within the parameters of agile project methodologies.

    Knowledge of Federated Identity Management/Identity GovernanceKnowledge of Segregation of Duties GovernanceKnowledge of Identity Profiles and Role Based Access (RBA)Capable and comfortable multi-tasking between concurrent projects.

    Preference to those with related educational model/industry.


    Work Experience:
    5+ years in a business analyst roleEducation:Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred or commensurate work experience

    Other:
    Must be able to travel occasionally should a business need arise. For most roles travel would not be common. Travel may involve plane, car or metro. In accordance with ADA policies, reasonable accommodations regarding travel limitations can be provided.
