- Develop and execute behavior intervention plans tailored to individual needs and objectives
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and other required evaluations
- Offer direct assistance and intervention to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Collaborate with a diverse team, including therapists, case managers, and caregivers
- Monitor progress and adapt intervention strategies when needed
- Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- CPI Training Certification
