Job summary
This role will be located at Discovery Land Company's Hamptons locations: Dune Deck Beach Club and The Hills. The Seasonal Line Cook is a member of the culinary department responsible for preparing food items according to standard recipes while maintaining portion control and minimizing waste.- Prepare food items per standard recipe while maintaining portion control and minimizing waste.
- Stock kitchen with all necessary ingredients.
- Assist on all stations on the line as needed for each meal period.
