Financial Institutions Client Manager - Jackson

Job summary
Manage real estate loan insurance programs and tax tracking programs. Annual on-site client visits with the appropriate management to further institutionalize Ross & Yerger (R&Y) to the client Create/prepare presentations for on-site client visits to review current products and production statistics recommend broader coverages and present opportunities for new products Work with producers when appropriate to make proposals for new business and demonstrate the R&Y commitment to provide sales support Assist with creating/preparing effective proposals for producers to use for new/renewal business When needed accompany producers when making proposal presentations Manage the renewal process for clients policies including marketing as needed and placement Negotiate with broker partners/carriers to secure broad coverage competitive pricing terms existing clients Enter new policies renew policies in R&Y agency system Manage policy periods correct premium revenue postings Maintain Financial Institutions property spreadsheet new renewal policy information policy rate coverage adjustments client changes acquisitions Communicate broker partners on applications master policies training ongoing questions trouble shooting The ability travel automobile annual client visits prospects basis Demonstrate good appearance great attitude sense cooperation possess realestate lending experience exceptional people skills interacting personalities executive middle management entry level positions banks credit unions develop relationships Ability provide excellent servicing R Y products exceeds expectations Possess problem solving skills achieve results regardless obstacles Possess excellent organizational skills organize structure travel schedule manage daily emails follow ups participate conference video calls engage conversations clients broker partners team Powered by JazzHR fFRKlYUt9R
