- Negotiate contract terms and conditions and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Manage contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor project expenditures and financial performance.
- Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Prepare and provide regular project status reports for internal and external stakeholders and address any concerns. Highlight key achievements, challenges, and future milestones.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for water and wastewater projects.
- Lead a project team of engineers, technicians, and support staff.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their expertise.
