We are currently working with an established firm who are looking for an IT Operations Director to oversee their operations department and lead a small team.

You will be owning/managing multiple ITIL process and their integration in ServiceNow, and get the opportunity to join a stable company that is dedicated to excellence.

Qualifications:
ITIL Certification
Experience with ServiceNow or a similar platform
Proven experience in developing/executing IT strategies


Responsibilities:
Establish formal IT Service Management practices leveraging ITIL best practices
Develop and manage continual improvement plan for all ITIL processes
Establish performance reporting for all IT teams and leadership, providing direction and support to drive sustained IT service delivery improvements
