- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- 3 to 6+ years of relevant experience in energy efficiency and sustainability programs
- 3 years of experience with building utility use benchmarking and ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager
- Master's degree in a related discipline
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- High proficiency in interpersonal skills and selfmotivation
- Proficient analytical skills
- Proficient personal computer skills
