    We are assisting a local not-for-profit hospital in recruiting a board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join their Hospitalist Group on the scenic South Carolina coast.

    Position Highlights

    • Inpatient Care Focus: 100% of your practice will be dedicated to managing patients within our hospital setting.
    • Patient Volume: You will be responsible for managing 20-22 patients per day, allowing for efficient and effective care.
    • Scheduling: Our 7-on/7-off schedule ensures you have consistent time off to recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
    • Team Support: Collaborate with a team of 5 physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) during the day, ensuring comprehensive support and resources.
    • Admitter Availability: A dedicated admitter is available from 3 PM – 9 PM to help manage patient flow and reduce administrative burdens.

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Hourly Rate: $130 per hour, providing a competitive base salary.
    • RVU Bonus: Earn a monthly bonus based on your productivity, without any threshold requirements.
