    Description

    Position Information:

    The Guest Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences across various areas within our organization including information desks surgical waiting areas and the Guest Ambassador volunteer program. As a key member of our team you will collaborate closely with the Guest Services Manager to uphold organizational standards and elevate guest satisfaction. This individual serves as an operational partner to the Guest Services Manager and liaison to support departments across WakeMed. This individual will be involved in departmental process improvement work to improve efficiency and guest experience in day-to-day operations and team support. The Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Guest Services Manager in responding to guest complaints reporting incidents and acknowledging compliments. They will also assist the Guest Services Manager in monitoring policy and procedure updates to identify relevant changes and provide timely and effective instruction for staff and volunteers. The Guest Services Coordinator will assist the Guest Services Manager in prioritizing daily operations staffing and volunteer planning for the department.

    Experience Requirements:
    1 Year Related Position Experience Required - And 1 Year Leadership Required

    Select Education Type:
    High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - And Associate's Degree Health Administration Or Equivalent Experience Required Related Field Preferred

    Tuesday-Saturaday 10:00am-5:30pm
