    Vetted is seeking a Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Salt Lake City, Utah.
    Must have 2+ years of experience.
    This contract pays approximately $9,190/month gross.

    Assignment details:
    Contract length: 13 weeks

    Shift length: 12 hour shifts

    Hours per week: 36


    Start Date:

    ASAP

    Job responsibilities:
    Communicate functional changes and barriers to the care team to support care planning.
    Evaluate functional status and develop a treatment plan aligned with clinician goals and patient needs.
    Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
    Perform reassessments and update the plan of care based on patient response.
    Provide therapeutic interventions and track patient progress toward measurable goals.
