- Serve as an Agile Release Train (ART) lead within Agile Scrum teams, driving the development of advanced, cloud-based automation and orchestration architectures
- Lead and facilitate key Agile events (such as PI Planning, Release Governance, Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning) and manage essential artifacts (Backlogs, Decisions, Blockers)
- Address and resolve impediments, ensuring the team's focus on achieving the objectives of the Program Increment (PI)
- Escalate issues that are beyond the team's scope, requiring cross-team collaboration or higher-level intervention
- Promote a cooperative team environment through effective coaching and leadership
- Assist in the preparation and readiness for ART events and support team activities related to ART (like PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt)
- Act as a key contributor within Agile Scrum teams for the design, testing, and implementation of cutting-edge cybersecurity infrastructure capabilities
- Produce high-quality technical documentation, such as user guides, test plans, and contract deliverables, and assist in product training
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies
- Define and communicate a unified technical and architectural vision
- Lead in the system design and implementation of autonomous, cloud-based cybersecurity capabilities
- Engage directly with customers, stakeholders, and end-users to discuss capability architectures, requirements, use cases, and stories for upcoming updates and specifications

- Proven leadership skills and experience in leading significant projects
- Solid background in Lean-Agile principles, metrics, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Lean Thinking, or Lean Six Sigma
- Proficient in engaging with senior leadership and influencing key stakeholder decisions
- Strong independent drive, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- 10+ years of experience in technology-related fields
- 5+ years of experience in areas such as autonomous package builds, API-driven backends, infrastructure automation and orchestration, or software application integration
- 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS, MS Azure, or GCP
- Expertise in areas like autonomous orchestration, automation tooling, or software application integration
- Leadership experience in technical teams
- Knowledge of tools like Jenkins, Artifactory, Jira, Git, Ansible, Chef, and AWS lambda
- Programming skills (Java, JavaScript, .Net, Python, Ruby)
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows systems
- Knowledge of NTP, DNS, Networking, LDAP, or Software repositories
- Experience in CI/CD Pipelines, AWS cloud technology, event-driven microservice architectures, and technical project oversight
- Background in DevOps or DevSecOps environments
- Proficiency in agile tools like Jira and Jira Align
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
- Agile and SAFe certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Practitioner (SP), or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
