Job summary

We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer/Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in desktop/server support and some experience in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoots and resolves complex hardware, software, and network issues escalated from lower support tiers.
  • Diagnostics and resolves problems with computer systems, peripherals,and applications.
