    This position is responsible for being detail-oriented and must demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability.

    Explore your tasks and responsibilities


    • Must be mechanically inclined.
    • Must be able to read, comprehend, and follow directions.
    • Can read and follow instruction procedures.
    • Must be able to read a tape measure.
    • Identifies a measurement on a print (fraction and decimal) and can find the same measurement on a tape measure.
    • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in the electrical/controls department and how to safely use them.
    • Can identify the hand and power tools used in the department.
    • Understands the proper use and risk/hazard factor of each tool used.
    • Experience in construction such as framing, roofing etc.
    • Experience in the automotive industry such as tinting window, pinstriping etc.
    • Experience in manufacturing/production a plus but not required.
    • Available to work 40+ hours a week including weekends as needed.
    • Must be able to lift 40lb, bend, kneel, stand for 8 hours or more a day.
    • Must be able to work in a team environment and willing to cross train in other departments.
    • Ability to use

    Hand Tools:
    Square, Tape Measure, Level, Screwdriver


    • Ability to use

    Power Tools:
    Drill Motor

    Physical Requirements
    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift and move material.

    The employee frequently is required to walk, bend, lift and use arms, hands and fingers to reach, lift, handle, and feel products.

    The employee must occasionally lift and/or move products up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.

    What can you expect

    The work environment characteristics include periodic noise increases when in the Manufacturing facility, although the office environment is usually quiet and respectful.

    Safety glasses and other required safety protection should be worn when out in the manufacturing facility, which may vary depending on the area you are working/visiting.
