    Description

    Overview:
    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Progressive Care Nurse to join our healthcare team.

    As a Progressive Care Nurse, you will provide specialized nursing care to patients who require continuous monitoring and advanced medical interventions.

    This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families.


    Duties:

    • Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and oxygen levels
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
    • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
    • Perform physical examinations and collect patient data for accurate documentation
    • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
    • Assist with procedures such as wound care, IV insertion, and catheterization
    • Utilize coding systems and medical terminology for accurate documentation
    • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients

    Qualifications:

    • 2 years of PCU RN experience required.

    If candidates have IN/Compact license in hand or have submitted their fingerprint application package, then they are eligible to apply.


    • Certification Requirements: ACLS and BCLS
    • Skillset Requirements: Minimum 2 Year Experience, Level 1 or Level II Trauma Experience.

    $2, $3,000.00 per week

    Experience:
    *PCU: 2 years (Required)

    Ability to Commute:

    • Indianapolis, IN (Required)

    Ability to Relocate:

    • Indianapolis, IN: Relocate before starting work (Required)
