- Establish and maintain Portal security for new users
- Manage Portal ID reviews and security roles
- Maintain Multi-Client and Multi-Region access
- Establish and manage Director groups, filters, and preferences
- Manage Loan Snapshots and Indicators
- Setup and oversee Task Tracking Queues and Administrative Reports
- Implement and maintain MSP Security Templates and global options
- Monitor user accounts and security reports
- Maintain access to Online Letter Writer and address security violations

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Loan Servicing System Administrator (LSSA) holds a crucial role in implementing Servicing System enhancements and managing changes. This includes conducting business process analysis, modeling, and documentation.
The LSSA collaborates closely with the Business Analysis and Customer Service teams to identify requirements and specifications. Subsequently, they develop and implement system solutions using Servicing System capabilities to fulfill business needs.
