Job summary
We are searching for a third-party Payroll Processor with exceptional communication skills and rigorous attention to detail to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Precisely prepare and process multi-state payroll including setup transfers pay changes terminations and adjustments for our clients and their employees
- Cordinate seamlessly with our 3rd party payroll processor to swiftly resolve client issues
- Provide exceptional customer service by proactively reaching out to clients and taking ownership of their issues inquiries
- Analyze current processes propose recommendations to increase efficiency
- Passionately support the team contribute to the growth success ATBS
