    Description

    KOMAR, a global leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of apparel with a diverse portfolio of owned and licensed brands is seeking a Sales and Customer Service Specialist with expertise in Specaility Stores.

    Candidates must have the ability to work in our Jersey City, NJ corporate office. We offer a hybrid work schedule.
    Develop new relationships and maintain existing relationships with specialty stores with an emphasis on growing the business.
    Manage sales by account, orders and shipments. Work closely with Komar customer service team.
    Understand inventory management and shipping requirements for accounts.
    Maximize sales report tools to analyze opportunities and drive the business.
    Create cohesive seasonal buys to present to the retailers.
    Communicate retailers' feedback on line each market to merchandising and design teams.
    Coordinate samples and product information as requested by retailers.
    Participate in quarterly market weeks and conduct presentations for accounts. Coordinate and meet with buyers as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Wholesale sales experience required.
    Strong customer service skills; excellent problem-solving skills.
    Ability to present a line and negotiate business terms.
    Comprehension of account management and retail math.
    Strong analytical skills; Excel skills.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Team player with great interpersonal and motivational skills.
