    Looking for a well-qualified behavior technician at least 6 months experience working with children.

    What will you be doing?

    • Working 1:1 with children with developmental delays and/or autism in their homes
    • Following lesson plans written by Clinical Supervisors in order to teach children new skills and create an enriching play environment
    • Implementing evidence based strategies while taking data and detailed notes on the progress of the child for each learning objective
    • Partnering with and coaching caregivers to generalize skills into daily life

    What you have:

    • Minimum of 60 college credits completed
    • Minimum six months of paid experience working with children
    • Highly (Preferred) Bachelor's degree and work experience serving people with developmental disabilities
    • Must be at least 21 years of age to be in compliance with insurance eligibility guidelines
    • Ability to drive up to a 30 mile radius to and from sessions
    • Must have a valid California driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle
    • Registered Behavior Technician (Preferred)

    How we're different:

    Compensation: Up to $30 an hour dependent on education, credentialing and experience

    • Part-Time (minimum 15+ hours per week) AND Full-Time opportunities (minimum 35+ hours per week)
