- Working 1:1 with children with developmental delays and/or autism in their homes
- Following lesson plans written by Clinical Supervisors in order to teach children new skills and create an enriching play environment
- Implementing evidence based strategies while taking data and detailed notes on the progress of the child for each learning objective
- Partnering with and coaching caregivers to generalize skills into daily life
- Minimum of 60 college credits completed
- Minimum six months of paid experience working with children
- Highly (Preferred) Bachelor's degree and work experience serving people with developmental disabilities
- Must be at least 21 years of age to be in compliance with insurance eligibility guidelines
- Ability to drive up to a 30 mile radius to and from sessions
- Must have a valid California driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle
- Registered Behavior Technician (Preferred)
- Part-Time (minimum 15+ hours per week) AND Full-Time opportunities (minimum 35+ hours per week)
