    Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Temporary to Permanent)

    Location: New York City

    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Full-Time Onsite

    Hourly Rate: $25-30 (Based on Experience)

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily administrative tasks and ensuring efficient office operations. This position offers an opportunity for growth and potential long-term employment with our organization.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage and maintain executives' schedules and appointments through effective calendar management.

    Coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments, including arranging necessary logistics and preparing relevant materials.

    Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate parties and providing timely responses as needed.

    Assist with general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents, to ensure smooth workflow.

    Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of important information.

    Support various departments with administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

    Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

    Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

    Requirements:

    2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

    Proficiency in calendar management, scheduling, and prioritizing tasks effectively.

    Strong multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-volume setting.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

    Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.

    Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
