    What You Will Do:

    • Partner with trust officers to provide effective and timely responses to client fiduciary inquiries, communicating independently or in conjunction with trust officers or other members of the Wealth Management team as appropriate. Ensures client satisfaction through contact, maintenance of the relationship, and identifying other potential bank products to help solve client needs.
    • Direct liaison with Trust Support Operations to manage onboarding of new accounts.
    • Cultivate relationships with professional advisors and create communication for advisors.
    • Coordinate and track management of non-financial assets.
    • Serve as additional point of contact for clients and as a backup for trust officers. Helps deliver client service standards by segment as appropriate.
    • Assist trust officers with tax-related matters, reports, returns, and estimated payments, including communications with clients and their accountants.
    • Work with trust officers in the comprehensive, post-death estate/trust administration.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings with Trust and Investment team/clients and answer/screen incoming telephone calls for trust officers as needed.
    • Support trust product strategies and initiatives as appropriate.
    • Provide sales support for new opportunities as appropriate, including preparing RFP's, sales presentations and compiling other materials as necessary.

    • Assist Trust and Wealth Management teams with administrative services as needed
    • Know and comply with all Company policies set forth on the Company's Intranet;
    • Review Associate Handbook and Company Policies annually, as prescribed by Human Capital;
    • Complete and Comply with the Companies Code of Ethics and Conflict of Interest Questionnaire and Policy Acknowledgement;
    • Complete all assigned training on time

    Associate's Degree Business, Finance, or related field Required
    Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, or related field Preferred

    0-3 years Reading and interpreting trust/estate documents, or PDP participation Preferred
