McLaughlin Research Corporation has an opening for Technical Writers (entry-manager) pending contract award at the Naval Surface Warfare Dahlgren Division in Dahlgren Virginia.
NSWCDD conducts advance research in all systems-related areas and pursues scientific disciplines including physics, mathematics, directed energy and digital engineering, modeling and simulation, software, mechanical, electrical and systems engineering, to name a few.
Job RequirementsResponsibilities:
The Technical Writer writes and edits technical reports, brochures, and/or manuals for internal documentation, customer reference, or publication.
This person researches and analyzes available literature and verifies copy with appropriate departments, and may coordinate production and distribution of materials.
Qualifications:
Active Secret Clearance
Bachelor's Degree in any field
1+ years professional experience in technical writing/editing
