ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring that all gaming products and equipment are properly tracked and accounted for in our inventory management system.
• Warehousing: Organize and store gaming products in designated areas, following established warehouse layout and safety guidelines. Ensure that products are easily accessible and properly labeled. Perform regular cycle counts of inventory locations to ensure accuracy.
• Order Picking: Fulfill internal and customer orders by accurately picking the required gaming products and preparing them for production, packaging, or shipment. Utilize handheld devices or pick lists to locate and gather items efficiently.
• Material Movement: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to transport gaming products within the warehouse. Ensure safe operation of equipment and follow proper protocols.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials to identify and address any defects, damages, or discrepancies. Report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse team to coordinate tasks, share information, and maintain a smooth flow of operations. Assist colleagues as needed to meet deadlines and fulfill orders.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, guidelines, and regulations while performing material handling tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents and promote a safe workplace.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

POSITION REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, preferably within the gaming industry.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
• Valid forklift operator's certification (or willingness to obtain one).
• Strong physical stamina, capable of lifting heavy gaming products, standing for extended periods, and maneuvering equipment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order picking, packing, and inventory management.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational demands.
• Process improvement mindset.
• Problem solving mentality and a results-driven approach.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee must have excellent vision (corrected is acceptable) and be able to read and verify documents with small print.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is also regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift, move, and position heavy, large, and/or awkwardly shaped products.
• Job requires walking in the warehouse. Must be able to navigate warehouse environment.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
