    Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Position Overview:

    As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of our Skilled Long-Term Care facility. Including profit and loss responsibility and ensure the highest standards of care, compliance with regulations, and the overall success of the facility.

    Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Key Duties:

    • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Participate in the Department of Health survey process.
    • Collaborate with department heads to ensure efficient and effective resident care.
    • Support staff management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
    • Census Management and Controllable Cost Management.
    • Managing the CMS Quality Indicators.
    • Ensure the facility maintains at least 4 stars on CMS 5-star rating system.

    Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven leadership ability with two (2) years as an Administrator in long-term care.
    • Knowledge of Local, State and Federal regulations and the survey process.
    • Current Ohio Nursing Home Administrator License.
