World Wide Professional Solutions (WWPS) is seeking experienced Senior Project Managers for specific Discipline Areas including Overall Project Scope Cost Schedule Delivery CSA Civil Structural Architectural Electrical Instrumentation Controls Chemical Specialty Gas LSS Life Safety Systems Mechanical OSM Off Site Manufacturing Wastewater Ultra Pure Water UPW
The ideal candidates will bring extensive experience managing high tech mission critical facility projects including wafer fabrication facilities fabs advanced manufacturing cleanroom environments process system installations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary interface between Owner construction program management teams ensure alignment with project goals safety quality operational excellence.
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams general contractors design partners trade subcontractors deliverables scope schedule budget.
- Oversight of design development procurement execution base build process systems electrical mechanical process piping cleanroom environments review pricing evaluate change orders maintain cost control forecasting accuracy lead continuous improvement initiatives focused productivity safety delivery performance develop detailed construction schedules Primavera P6 MS Project integration across trades disciplines monitor financials KPIs forecasting metrics adherence budget performance targets manage risk identification mitigation resolution processes across lifecycle drive culture adherence WWPS client environmental health safety standards oversee WWPS team members engineers coordinators field support staff conduct regular program meetings progress reporting client executive stakeholders turnover documentation commissioning qualification facilities process systems accordance client requirements
