    Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

    Location: Vernon Hills, IL

    Position Type: Temporary, Full-Time

    Duration: February April 2024

    Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours

    About Us: We are a dynamic and collaborative school munity mitted to providing a nurturing environment for elementary-aged students in Vernon Hills, IL. Our team is dedicated to fostering the overall well-being and development of every child.

    Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team for a temporary position covering a maternity leave from February to April 2024. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the educational experience by providing quality physical therapy services to elementary-aged students.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine individualized therapy needs.
    • Develop and implement effective physical therapy plans in collaboration with other school professionals.
    • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and treatment plans.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to support the overall development of students.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid Illinois state license as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant.
    • Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred.
    • Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
