Job Details:

• First shift, Monday - Friday
• 7 am- 4:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily functions of the Quality Department.
• Assist all departments in resolving Quality Issues.
• Conduct audits of the Quality System.
• Authorize and control customer returned product.
• Administer Quality documents changes.
• Coordinate/administer product liability and warranty issues.
• Interface with customers on Quality related issues.
• Evaluate areas to address for continuous Quality improvements.
• Make Plant Manager aware of safety issues and concerns.
• Perform general housekeeping duties as directed.
• Perform duties as directed by Plant Manager.

Position Requirements:

• Must be able to Read, write and comprehend job duties
• Must be able to perform your job duties while being safety oriented
• Communicate well to Plant Manager, quality, supervisors, and Employees
• Must be able to follow all safety policies and procedures and carry out the process with all employee's
• Must work side by side with Employees daily if needed
• Must be able to make sure ISO is being conducted by all on a daily basis
• Be able to communicate well with Customers, Supervisors, and Plant Manager as needed
• Must be able to be professional
• Must be a team player
• Must be able to hold meetings as necessary
• Must be able to calibrate tools and do audits as needed
