    Responsibilities:
    -Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to clients
    -Manage and oversee tax compliance and reporting processes
    -Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide guidance to clients
    -Develop and maintain client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor
    -Review and analyze financial statements for tax implications
    -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and other regulatory requirements
    -Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
    -Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals

    Requirements:
    -Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
    -Minimum of 10 years of experience in public accounting or corporate tax department
    -Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, GAAP, and regulatory reporting requirements
    -Expertise in tax planning strategies for private equity and corporate clients
    -Proven experience in managing complex tax compliance projects
    -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    -Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
    -Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure

    Skills:
    -Financial report writing
    -Private equity tax planning strategies
    -Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements
    -Financial accounting principles
    -SOX compliance knowledge
    -Corporate accounting expertise
    -Account reconciliation techniques
    -Public accounting experience
    -Financial report interpretation skills
    -Regulatory reporting proficiency

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $120, $350,000.00 per year
