- Maintain in-depth knowledge of program-specific admissions requirements and information.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns.
- Develop recruiting strategies to increase enrollment.
- Create and implement communication plans to support student conversion.
- Establish strategic partnerships to enhance program visibility and enrollment.
- Prepare program rubrics for application reviews and handle administrative duties related to Corporate Partnerships.
- Build strong relationships with campus support offices and personnel.
- Attend relevant training and professional development activities.
- Occasional evening and weekend work required.
- Salary for this position ranges from $20.19/hr to $21.63/hr.
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or admissions.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Google Suite, and social media platforms.
- Valid driver's license and strong technical skills.
- Demonstrated cultural competence and a commitment to diversity and equity.
