- Develop and incorporate an effective sourcing strategy
- Produce and update job specifications and descriptions
- Arrange sourcing materials
- Post job ads on the company's website and relevant job boards
- Evaluate resumes, cover letters, and job applications
- Perform interviews and evaluate the candidates' skills, knowledge, and experience

- 4+ years of previous sourcing in recruitment (combination of agency and in house preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills
- Previous experience with conducting various types of interviews
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and an unmatched desire to provide excellent service to our candidates, hiring teams, and recruiting partners
- Is solution oriented, result driven, proactive and flexible
