    Focus: Technical roles (will also work on Finance, Supply Chain and other professional roles as needed)

    Job type: Contract to hire

    Start date: As soon as onboarding – 5/5/25 (initial contract)

    Worksite: Must be able to work 3 days/week onsite in Atlanta, GA (T, W, TH) – Monday and Friday will be remote

    Primary role: Recruitment for FTE roles with a focus on Technical, Finance and Supply Chain positions

    We are looking for a skilled Technical Sourcing Specialist to work with the Talent Acquisition team and understand the recruitment needs of the company. You will be responsible for working with a Sr. Recruiter with a focus on Sourcing for a variety of roles with a focus on Technical. Your job will be to develop a sourcing strategy and help to hire top talent that will support company growth.

    We are looking for a decision-maker with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You need to be able to recognize and attract the best candidates for particular job positions.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and incorporate an effective sourcing strategy
    • Produce and update job specifications and descriptions
    • Arrange sourcing materials
    • Post job ads on the company's website and relevant job boards
    • Evaluate resumes, cover letters, and job applications
    • Perform interviews and evaluate the candidates' skills, knowledge, and experience
    • Follow up with successful candidates and update the company's internal records
    • Be a point of contact between the candidate and the company during the selection process

    Requirements

    • Must be able to handle a req load of 15-20 openings
    • Experience with Technical roles (Finance and Supply Chain is a plus)
    • 4+ years of previous sourcing in recruitment (combination of agency and in house preferred)
    • Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills
    • Previous experience with conducting various types of interviews
    • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
    • Proven track record of driving process improvements and an unmatched desire to provide excellent service to our candidates, hiring teams, and recruiting partners
    • Is solution oriented, result driven, proactive and flexible
    • Has a strong work ethic; self-directed, resourceful, works independently, motivated by own drive and passion, capable of working independently as well as working in a team
