    Role:

    We are looking for an innovative experienced product delivery leader with a track record for implementing end to end product delivery. This role will report to, and work closely with the EVP & General Manager, Benefits1 Platform and will be responsible for helping to guide the client satisfaction and product value realization. It will require leading and building high-performance team of Product delivery Managers to engage customers, execute delivery milestones, and define value realization roadmap for the Benefits1 and Claims1 implementations. This role will also work with engineering to deliver and guide the execution of deliverables to realize the business impact.

    The role is highly cross-functional and requires a candidate that enjoys navigating ambiguity, working in a fast-paced startup like environment, aligning stakeholders, collaborating with teams across time-zones and thinking globally. This leader is responsible for ACV(average contract value) and pipeline growth for the products, working in strong collaboration with sales, customer success, partner alliances, marketing, strategic consulting and other products teams. This individual is expected to work with senior level customer stakeholders to drive adoption.

    Responsibilities:

    • Define and execute a cohesive product implementation playbook and execution: customer needs map, product best practices, implementation phases and milestones, product roadmap communication, release planning, requirements gathering, functional specification all the way through to customer enablement and success and leading a team of Product Delivery Managers.
    • Develop and nurture a high-performance team of Product Delivery Managers and link performance to release outcomes of Benefits1 Platform client deliveries.
    • Deliver Benefits1 implementations on schedule, budget realizing value for customers, partners and employees.
    • Leverage solution options analysis, client technology architecture, and define client facing delivery governance to deliver product capabilities.
    • Synthesize the needs across other business segments to build common components that can act as multiplier across different markets.
    • Work with our onshore and offshore team in India to deliver 3-4 releases a year.
    • Work with the global engineering to effectively meet client deliverables.
    • Collaborate with other platforms - C1, S1, P1 stakeholders to collaborate on roadmaps and build cross platform delivery roadmap and work through dependencies for end to end value realization.
    • Work with platform success architects on the successful adoption of product capabilities
    • Lead directly with customers during pre-sales and post-sales implementations to ensure the product will help them reach their desired business outcomes.
    • Engage with our partner ecosystem to identify opportunities to partner on augmenting or extending our product capabilities

    Qualifications:

    • High energy and passion for the job.
    • Proven ability to excite motivate and lead a product team.
    • Experience managing product delivery management and/or configuration and matrixed engineering teams.
    • Equivalent of 15+ years of product delivery management and/or consulting experience.
    • 5+ years of experience of building, implementing, developing applications on Microsoft Azure platform.
    • Experience leading and working with teams internationally.
    • Deep domain knowledge of Payer Health Plans and Product/Plan Benefits dataset and solution sets.
    • Broad knowledge of different payer markets - Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, ACA.
    • Experience in working in fast-paced startup environments
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions.
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines or equivalent experience in technical leadership roles
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills that span across various cultures and professional backgrounds
