    Extremely fun and interesting Hormones and Wellness Practice is looking for a bright, fun and energetic person to be the first face of the practice.

    The basic position encompasses typical front desk, reception and patient management activities.

    This office is passionate about patient satisfaction and this position is a critical component in making sure that practice-patient relationships are developed and maintained properly.

    Understanding of cross-selling is important and some experience would be preferred.

    The practice focuses on Hormonal Health for Women and Men of all ages. Other area of focus includes Sexual Wellness, Nutrition, Peptides, General Wellness, Supplements, Platelet Rich Plasma and injectable cosmetics, including Botox and Fillers


    There will be opportunities for bonuses and the new employee will be eligible for all office services once the probationary period passes.

    General Responsibilities:

    Creates a warm and friendly first impression by welcoming and speaking to patients and visitors in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

    Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.

    Keeps the office running efficiently by monitoring patient appointments on schedule and then notifying provider of patient's arrival; reviewing service delivery compared to schedule; reminding provider of service delays.

    Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties; answering patients' questions; maintaining the reception area.

    Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.

    Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.

    Works with the daily Cerbo/Quickbooks recording and updating financial information; recording and collecting patient payments/charges; filing, collecting, and expediting third-party claims.

    Helps patients in distress by responding to emergencies.

    Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.

    Answering phone, making appointments, maintaining patient charts and working in EHR, collecting and handing payments and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for patients.

    Patient Service tasks including Patient Intake, Patient Check-in, Check Out and processing Patient Paperwork

    Call backs and appointment confirmation calls

    Compiling data about calls, appointments, no-shows and other marketing tracking statistics

    Maintain the patient portal messages and scan in relevant documents into patients charts as needed

    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and other clerical assignments as needed.


    Additional Responsibilities:


    Complies with all HIPPA, OSHA, State and Federal regulations and standards as trained.

    Ensures and maintains strict patient confidentiality.

    Follows universal precautions to protect self, patient and provider.

    Informs General Manager of any expressed or perceived patient conflict immediately.

    Clocks in and out per training, daily.

    Adheres to the daily lunch schedule and notifies the General Manager of issues that arise which preclude keeping the schedule in a timely manner.

    Attends all required office meetings unless otherwise and previously excused.

    All other duties as assigned or requested by the General Manager or Founding Provider.


    Job Requirements:


    Excellent English, diction and communication skills

    Must be able to take initiative and demonstrate flexibility when needed

    Prior Medical Office experience required

    Hours:
    o Monday: 7:45 6pm

    o Tuesday: 7:45 6pm

    o Wednesday: 8:15 -6pm

    o Thursday: 9:00 6pm

    o Friday: 7:4- 12pm (Once a month)
