    $21/hr. if bilingual

    $20/hr. if not bilingual

    Responsibilities

    • Answer all incoming calls according to company policy and proper telephone etiquette.
    • Direct telephone call to the appropriate parties as necessary.
    • Additional administrative responsibilities.
    • Operate an internet based phone system.
    • Handle multiple lines.

    Qualifications

    • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
    • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
    • Must be able to work evenings.
    • Superior customer service skills.
    • Professional appearance and work ethic.
