Senior Project Engineer - Civil
Starting salary $100,0000
Design multi-acre retail, commercial, industrial and/or residential development including due diligence, permitting and limited contract administration
Research, understand, and apply City, State, and Federal codes
Analyze survey reports, maps, drawing, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects
Prepare proposals for technical engineering portions of project
Estimate project costs, including materials, equipment, and labor

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and PA Profession Engineer's License (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
Minimum of 10 years' experience with progression to similar position
Experience with subdivision and land development projects
Experience with design software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and

Hydrologic/Hydraulic

design software)
Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated background in plan production and project execution
