• HireRate: All-InclusiveAlignment: W2 or C2CDescription: Responsible for maintaining, upgrading and managing the software, hardware and networks of an organization.

Ensures that the IT infrastructure of the organization is secure, reliable and efficient.

Install and configure software and hardware components of the IT systemMonitor and troubleshoot system performance and issuesManage user accounts, permissions and access rightsPerform regular backups and data recoveryEnsure security and compliance of the IT systemProvide technical support and guidance to users and staffUpdate and document system configurations and proceduresRequirements:
Proven experience as an IT system administrator or similar roleKnowledge of system administration, network administration and security principlesProficiency in Windows, Linux and Mac OS operating systemsFamiliarity with various software and hardware tools and applicationsAbility to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problemsExposure to the following products and technologiesCisco Catalyst and Meraki switchesCisco ASA and general firewall knowledgeAzure cloud networking, infrastructure, server systems and AVDOffice 365 systems (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, etc.)
