Your Responsibilities

As a valued member of our team, you'll engage in a variety of exciting tasks:

• PT Business Management:
  • Build and maintain an active client base.
  • Manage your schedule, including client appointments and meetings.
  • Market and sell personal training programs through various channels.
  • Stay informed about all club services, programs, and products.
• Service and Hospitality:
  • Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts.
  • Enhance member experiences through personal interaction.
  • Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
  • Maintain a safe and organized fitness floor during your shifts.
• Professional Development:
  • Attend Continuing Education classes to elevate your expertise.
  • Participate in one-on-one or team meetings with management.

Qualifications

We're looking for passionate individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one (certification reimbursement available).
• Current CPR/AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants).
• A genuine passion for fitness and helping others.
• Availability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Basic computer and technology skills.
• Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful demeanor.
