- On-site evaluation (in homes and businesses) of damaged textile items from insurance claims involving fire, water, or lightning strike damage
- Inventory, package, and transport textile items
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold textile items
- Deliver restored textile items back to the insured's home or business
- Meet physical requirements, including lifting and carrying 50 pounds, as related to job tasks
- Comfortable working on-site in post-peril (fire, floods, etc.) environments
- Consistently exhibit empathy and compassion
