Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
The ideal candidate should be an experienced RN with a BSN, possessing strong interpersonal skills. Certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing within one year of hiring.
Preferred Education/Experience
A BSN is required, while an MSN is preferred. Prior nursing experience in behavioral health settings is beneficial.
