    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Optimize service and inventory levels by SKU (large SKU count 10K+) at each location of the supply chain network ( Supplier, Forwarder, In-transit, and DCs)
    • Anticipate factors influencing demand, such as upcoming promotions or seasonal changes, and double-check the demand signal on top SKUs.
    • Successfully work through the system-generated (Stock IQ) supply Alerts to ensure inventory optimization and to prevent stock-outs or sub-prime sourcing.
    • Model scenarios and understand the impacts of changes to demand, supply, and network assumptions.
    • Conduct proactive analysis to identify opportunities to prevent stockouts or subprime sourcing, mitigating margin loss.
    • Closely collaborate with a global network of suppliers, with a focus on long-term relationship building, capacity planning, and timeliness. Get an early view of any supply disruptions and work cross-functionally to drive mitigation plans.
    • Develop strong, collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams by working closely to obtain high-quality demand, supply, logistics, distribution, finance, and other inputs to create a robust assumption-based inventory plan.
    • Proactively communicate any production delays or supply risks internally.
    • Provide robust service reporting, root cause analysis, and forward actions to achieve service goals.
    • Iterate and implement new processes by identifying inefficiencies and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • BA or equivalent preferably in a related area (supply chain, finance, engineering, economics)
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply and inventory planning in a high SKU count environment. At least 1 year of using an MRP or Inventory Planning System.
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to develop inventory models to support a complex supply network.
    • Strong collaborative and influencer skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
    • Ability to manage change effectively due to fluctuation in demands and factors influencing decisions.
    • Ability to source and analyze data to make sound judgments.

    Compensation
    • $70,000 - $90,000 depending on experience, with a total compensation opportunity of $80,000 to $100,000 annually.
