    CACI is seeking a Program Mission Lead for our Next Generation Analysts portfolio
    What You'll Get to Do As a Program Mission Lead, you will play a critical role in the smooth and efficient coordination and execution of Program Mission Leads
    This position requires exceptional organizational and coordination skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to drive our program's success

    In this Role You will:

    Be the primary/alternate Program Mission Lead for portfolios with an understanding of mission priorities and staffing goals.


    Participate in multiple customer task orders by gathering and refining customer requirements, meeting with technical and program management leadership and stakeholders.


    Assist in various staffing efforts such as conducting interviews and attending meetings with recruiters and other members of the Program Management Office team.


    Coordinate actions with the Subject Matter Experts for technical evaluations and interviews.


    Track and manage ITAR data and program training needs.


    Become an expert in tools used in the PMO such as Agile, program portal, and staffing roster.


    Respond to Finance, Talent Acquisition, Business Manager, and Contracts for daily inquiries regarding the mission portfolios
    You'll Bring These Qualifications


    BA/BS degree and 10+ years of experience, including technical experience in an analyst role such as TDNA, CNDA, DNEA, or EA.


    Experience in independently leading customer support efforts


    Experience in managing and mentoring staff


    Active TS/SCI with polygraph

    Excellent oral and written communication skills including experience in briefing various levels of management What We Can Offer You:
