- Partner with regional leaders and practice managers to provide HR guidance, coaching, and support across a multi-site organization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Total Rewards teams to implement HR programs and initiatives that drive engagement and retention.
- Lead investigations and provide recommendations on complex employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in areas such as turnover, engagement, and workforce planning.
- Support organizational change initiatives and ensure consistent communication and implementation of HR policies and practices.
- Champion company culture and employee engagement across both clinical and corporate environments.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a business partner or generalist capacity.
- Experience supporting multi-location or healthcare environments strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands?on execution
