- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects that align with our brand identity and objectives.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of video production, including planning, filming, and post-production.
- Film and edit high-quality videos for social media platforms, website content, marketing campaigns, and internal use.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute video shoots, ensuring smooth production workflows and timely delivery of deliverables.
- Attend community events and company initiatives to capture engaging video content and support brand initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production, social media, and digital marketing.
- Manage video assets, including organizing files, maintaining an archive of footage, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and freelancers as needed for specialized projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Video Producer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative video projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Experience with camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
