Audiology Assistant - Denver, United States - Peak ENT and Voice Center
Description
Join our team of medical professionals. We're a multiple location, patient-focused Ear, Nose and Throat clinic seeking to add an administrative assistant to our audiology team.
Job responsibilities will include:
-being a liaison between audiologists and patients
-schedule hearing aid fittings and follow ups
-help trouble-shoot for hearing aids over the phone and schedule for repairs
-work with a third-party vendor on benefit verifications and submitting insurance documentation for claims that require more details or appeal
-maintain audiology diagnostic supplies for each clinic (4)
-assist in management of audiology shipments
-maintain health records
-scan documents for hearing aid purchases, repairs, etc into EMR
-proficient in excel and use of spreadsheets, strongly preferred
-assists receptionists during down time
Candidates should be:
-able to multi-task
-organized
-detail-oriented
-a team player
-able to communicate effectively
-EHR experienced (Athena and Sycle)
-familiar with Microsoft Office products
*Scheduled days will be between our Broomfield, Golden and Denver offices*
