- Participate in care conferences with families
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies
- Hire, train, and supervise clinical staff
- Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
- Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous experience supervising staff
- Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience, desired
- Passion and drive for helping others
- A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
