    Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. You will play a vital role in assessing clients and creating customized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families. With your expertise and compassion, you excel at problem-solving and taking initiative. Thriving in dynamic settings, you appreciate the independence to showcase your capabilities.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with children aged from birth to 18, both in-person and virtually.
    • Contribute to clients' care plans.
    • Conduct assessments and collaborate on treatment strategies with families.
    • Address speech, language, and communication challenges.
    • Supervise Speech Assistants.
    • Offer counseling and advisory services.
    • Conduct follow-up assessments and adjust care plans accordingly.
    • Develop interventions tailored to each client's requirements.
    • Maintain accurate and updated documentation.

    Qualifications

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
    • Minimum of one year working in speech therapy.
    • Experience in Early Intervention (Pediatrics) is a plus.
    • Must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence.
    • Valid Illinois state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
    • Clinical Fellowship Year applicants are welcome.
